Volunteers

Our Crew of volunteers are a vital part of every BristolCon. Without our amazing volunteers, we simply wouldn’t be able to put on the event. This year will be no difference! 
 
We are working to build our team of fellow volunteers for before, during and after the convention for BristolCon 2025.
 
We would like volunteers for a variety of activities from helping with registration and badge pickup, through assisting with the running of the programme panels and workshops, to setting up and tearing down. Our volunteers are involved in every aspect of the convention, it’s their hard work and dedication that makes it all possible.
 
If you are unsure of what or how you would like to help, tick the box during membership sign up, and we will help you find something that you enjoy doing. BristolCon is an inclusive event so please do not worry about any barriers to volunteering. We are happy to work around any physical, mental, or emotional needs to find the perfect fit for you. If you know exactly what you’re able to do, also tick the box and our Volunteer Team Runner will make best use of your existing skills and talents. 
 
We understand that people have different amounts of time they can give, so we welcome volunteers who can help for just an hour, a day, or even across the whole convention. Whether you’re able to commit to a little or a lot, we appreciate every bit of help we can get.
