Reader, author, narrator, actor, R B Watkinson’s first book of her Wefan Weaves trilogy, The Cracked Amulet, was published in 2016. Set in a world of magic and war it has garnered many great reviews. Book two, The Fractured Portal, should be published later this year (she apologises for the delay). Her short story, A Battle for Elucame, was published in the award winning Art of War Anthology. She has narrated and produced three audiobooks: Ghosts of Tomorrow by Michael R. Fletcher, The Last Dragon Rider by Erin Krystal, City of Kings by Rob J. Hayes. She has two more books in production. This huge career change occurred after her three children were grown when she went to the University of Oxford to study Creative Writing in 2009-2011, before that she was in special educational needs, before that a freelance editorial secretary, before that many things all lost in the mists of time.
