Information for Artists
You are welcome to display and sell your art at Bristolcon. However, space is limited and is offered on a first-come, first served basis. There is no extra charge beyond your normal ticket price to display your art, but it is essential you contact Andy Bigwood (artshow [at] bristolcon.org) to make display arrangements.
BristolCon has a limited number of display boards (pegboard and hook system). Artists wishing to use their own display equipment should contact Andy Bigwood with details of their display equipment by the end of September, including dimensions (height and length) and an estimate of how quickly it can be erected.
All artists are responsible for their own work, and Bristolcon accepts no liability for any damage caused to artworks either in transit or at the convention.
Artists are expected to have their own Public Liability Insurance and are responsible for the safe hanging of their work.
BristolCon does not charge commission on art sales…donations toward future events are welcome.
